Another epic west-end Toronto street festival is happening in July

25 June 20252 Mins Read

One thing about Toronto is that we love a summer street festival. If you’re scouting out which fests to hit up in the next couple of months, make sure to add Big on Bloor to your list. The two-day event will highlight the city’s art and culture scene while showcasing small businesses as Bloor gets blocked off so pedestrians can enjoy the festivities and shop along the street.

Over 100,000 people are expected as Big on Bloor gears up for this year’s rendition happening on July 19 and 20, 2025. The stretch of road that will be closed down to car traffic will run from Dufferin to Lansdowne along Bloor.

If you have children, feel free to bring them along as the celebration is family-friendly and will even have installations and zones specifically for kids.

Live music lovers – there will be a main stage with jams playing all day and evening on both days of the festival, so you can jam out while you shop.

Any restaurants that run along the street will have patios open, too.

Oh, and it’s all free to attend, no admission costs or tickets required.

Sounds like a perfect way to spend a weekend to me. Don’t forget to check out the other awesome July festivals in Toronto, which we also have covered for you.

Big on Bloor
