Wynn Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, will open its Enclave suites in early 2027, featuring 313 rooms and two Royal Apartments.

Wynn Resorts has unveiled details about the Enclave, a new suite offering at Wynn Al Marjan Island, set to open in early 2027 in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. The Enclave will be located on the uppermost levels of the resort’s 1,000-foot tower and will feature 313 rooms with six distinct plans, ranging from 800-square-foot King Suites to 16,000-square-foot Royal Apartments.

The Enclave, designed by Wynn Design & Development, aims to provide a private and exclusive experience. The suites will feature a residential aesthetic with a focus on privacy and service. Each floor will house no more than 15 suites, and guests will have access to private elevators. The accommodations will include dual in-room private pantries with separate provisions for morning and evening.

The Enclave will also feature a private reserve pool and beach area, complete with three pools and a private beach nestled within a tropical environment. Dining services will be available poolside, provided by beach butlers. Additionally, the Enclave will feature a restaurant located above the grand lobby, offering Lebanese cuisine for lunch and dinner, as well as a private Lobby Lounge with a Concierge Salon.

The Wynn Al Marjan Island resort will encompass over 60 hectares and include 1,217 resort rooms, 297 Enclave suites, and additional accommodations such as four garden townhomes and 10 Marina Estates. The resort will also feature 24 international dining, lounge, and club venues, a spa, a shopping area, and a theater. Construction is on schedule, with the tower’s topping-out expected in late 2025.

Wynn Al Marjan Island is positioned as the first integrated resort in the UAE, located approximately 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport.
