Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia at Comcast Center announces the appointment of Carole Palmieri as Commercial Director. With more than 15 years of experience in the luxury hospitality industry across international markets including the United States, Europe, and Russia, Carole Palmieri brings a wealth of expertise in both global sales and on-property commercial strategy.

Since joining Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia in 2021 as Director of Sales, Palmieri has demonstrated exceptional leadership, guiding a high-performing team to earn the Pinnacle Award for Best Sales Team in the Americas and securing a place in the President’s Club in 2023. Her tenure has been defined by a focus on client engagement, team empowerment, and revenue growth; traits that will now shape the hotel’s broader commercial vision.

Prior to joining Four Seasons, Palmieri held senior roles with esteemed hospitality brands including Ritz-Carlton; Tiara Hotels & Resorts; Mouratoglou Hotel & Resort; Meliá Hotels International; and Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Her strategic experience spans across group sales, marketing innovation, and team development, with proven results in boosting revenue and brand visibility.

“Carole’s passion for luxury hospitality, her global perspective, and her ability to build high-performing teams make her an exceptional leader for this role,” says Cornelia Samara, Regional Vice President and General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia. “With the upcoming debut of our Sky Garden Floor later this year, her strategic vision will be instrumental in shaping the commercial success of this next phase in our evolution.”

Carole is a graduate of Paris 3 Sorbonne Nouvelle University with a Master’s degree in English Literature and Economics. Her global perspective and commitment to excellence position her to lead the continued growth and success of the Commercial team at Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia.

Carole is French Palestinian; she spent some of her childhood in Saudi Arabia which gave her the taste for traveling and exploring the world. Carole is a citizen of the world with family and friends who she visits regularly in Europe and the Middle East. After a few years in New York, Carole was looking for the perfect city to settle on the East Coast and found her happy place in Philadelphia with her 4 year old son and husband.
