Langham Hospitality Group has announced the appointment of Nick Downing as the General Manager of The Langham, Custom House, Bangkok. This appointment is part of the company’s preparations for the hotel’s opening, scheduled for late 2026.

The Langham, Custom House, Bangkok will be located in the Bang Rak District, along the Chao Phraya River. The hotel will feature 78 rooms and will incorporate the historic Custom House building, which is undergoing restoration as part of the development. Rabbit Holdings, a subsidiary of BTS Group, are developing the project.

The hotel will feature several notable amenities, including an outpost of The Langham, Hong Kong’s three-Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant, T’ang Court. Additionally, the property will host a destination bar and a venue dedicated to pastry creations.
