First, the pop icon revealed that she has adopted a baby girl and second, shared that she’s planning a big move to Europe because of Americans “talking trash.” The unexpected news has fans buzzing as the singer enters an emotional new chapter of her life.
On Sunday, July 13, Spears posted a dancing video in the foyer of her home, wearing what appears to be a low-cut pink bathing suit. She paired that with knee-high black boots and a matching cowboy hat.
In the caption, the pop superstar shared life details in her signature stream-of-consciousness style, dropping two major bombshells in a single post. First, she announced she has adopted a baby girl and second, that she’s moving to Italy.
“I haven’t worked out in years so I put this little pink one piece on and PLAYED !!! How are you beautiful people this morning???” Spears began.

This statement was followed by, “I need coffee and I want to let you guys know I adopted a beautiful baby girl!!! Her name is Lennon London Spears.”
The pop superstar then said the linked clip was 30 seconds of “my random silly workout” adding that she disliked exercise. Additionally, she noted that her daughter was wearing an “adorable dress” with a message stating “I’M NEW HERE !!! SO PLEASE STOP TALKING TRASH AMERICA!!!”
At the post’s conclusion, Spears shared that she has “decided to move to Italy.” Comments are turned off, so there are no social media reactions to the clip. This post was followed by a second message where the former Disney star shared a close-up photo.
This is the second time in a year that Spears claimed she has moved or is moving out of the United States. In December 2024, The Hollywood Reporter revealed that despite a statement that she had moved to Mexico, Spears was still a United States resident.
The move was reportedly to escape “cruel” paparazzi attention. The pop singer has not shared further information about the latest addition to her family.
This new baby girl is not Spears’ first child. She is a mother to two boys, Jayden and Sean Federline.
