YOTEL plans to open a 113-key aparthotel in Athens by late 2026, marking its entry into the Greek market.
YOTEL has announced its entry into the Greek market with the planned opening of YOTELPAD Athens, a 113-key aparthotel. The project involves the transformation of three centrally located buildings in Athens, in collaboration with Valpre Capital, a London-based investment manager. The aparthotel is scheduled to open in the last quarter of 2026.
The development will feature three buildings located in the neighborhoods of Neos Kosmos, Monastiraki, and Omonoia. Each building will offer amenities such as Mission Control, Grab+Go, Wash+Go, and fully equipped gyms. The Peiraios building will include a rooftop terrace with views of the Athenian skyline. The aparthotel will offer a mix of studios and one-bedroom apartments, catering to both short-term and long-term stays.
The Iras building in Neos Kosmos is situated near the Syngrou-Fix metro station, catering to business travelers. The Miltiadou building is located near Syntagma Square and the Monastiraki district, appealing to both leisure and corporate guests. The Peiraios building, positioned in the Omonoia district, is part of an area undergoing urban regeneration.
YOTELPAD Athens is part of YOTEL’s strategy to expand its presence in the European extended-stay market. The project follows the recent opening of YOTELPAD London Stratford and precedes planned developments in Southeast Asia and other global markets.
