Kane Brown’s most recent performance is turning heads on social media.
The country music sensation made a special appearance at the 2025 MLB All‑Star Game pregame ceremony at Truist Park in Atlanta, honoring his Georgia roots with a heartfelt rendition of “Georgia on My Mind” by Ray Charles.
Brown’s performance was part of a star-studded musical tribute celebrating Atlanta’s rich and diverse music scene. He was joined by hip-hop artists Ludacris and Jermaine Dupri, as well as the Zac Brown Band, who performed the U.S. national anthem. In addition, rising Canadian singer-songwriter Lauren Spencer Smith lent her voice to a powerful rendition of “O Canada.”

As the Midsummer Classic currently takes place, viewers cannot stop talking about Brown’s performance on X. In general, his performance received positive remarks.
“Nice rendition Kane Brown! #AllStarGame,” a fan posted along with a GIF of Leonardo DiCaprio clapping.
One wrote, “Good Lord but Kane Brown is good at singing…”
“Chills,” a fan posted on X, along with a video of Brown performing in the stadium.
Another viewer quote-tweeted, “I’m not the biggest Kane Brown fan but this was amazing.”
Meanwhile, some viewers were simply not impressed with Brown’s performance.

“I cannot take Kane Brown seriously and that sleeveless jersey is not helping,” a user commented. The 31-year-old singer wore a white sleeveless Brewers jersey tucked into a pair of light-wash jeans during his performance.
“Please tell me I didn’t just see Kane Brown on the same stage as Luda & Jermaine Dupri,” one wrote.
The MLB All-Star Game, also known as the Midsummer Classic, is an annual game that features the best players from the MLB’s American League and National League. Held in July, the game showcases MLB’s top talent and celebrates the sport’s biggest athletes. This year’s All-Star Game is headlined by the Los Angeles Dodgers’ star player Shohei Ohtani and the New York Yankees slugger Aaron Judge.
The 95th Midsummer Classic is being televised nationally on FOX, with coverage starting at 7 p.m. E.T.
