A new ranking has revealed the top companies in Canada for 2025 — and several of them are currently hiring in Toronto.

Published by TIME and Statista, the list highlights standout employers across the country based on factors like employee satisfaction, sustainability efforts, and revenue growth. It features major players from industries like finance, insurance, tech, telecom, retail, and travel.

It was lululemon that claimed the top spot this year, with TD Bank Group, Intact, and Sun Life also ranking highly on the top-100 list.

Here’s a closer look at the top 10:

Plenty of other big names also made the full list, including Aritzia, Rogers, Air Canada, Loblaw Companies Ltd., and Indigo.

The best part? Many of these companies are currently hiring in Toronto, with some roles offering high-paying salaries.

Customer Operations Manager

Salary: TBC

Company: Indigo (ranked 87th)

Location: 1800 Sheppard Ave. E., North York, ON

Who Should Apply: You should apply if you’re excited about building a positive store culture where employees feel supported, motivated, and set up to grow.

You will be expected to:

  • Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure the team achieves key goals, from big-picture priorities to sales targets and profitability.
  • Use technology to create innovative, personalized experiences for customers, and help your team do the same.
  • Take the lead in managing inventory and handling returns to ensure everything runs smoothly.
