Hard Rock International announced a collaboration with HR Hotel FZ LLC, a joint venture between db Group and RAK Hospitality Holding, to establish Hard Rock Hotel & Residences Ras Al Khaimah in the United Arab Emirates. The project is scheduled to open in 2028.

The development will be located in Ras Al Khaimah’s Beach District, near Al Marjan Island, along the Arabian Gulf. It will feature approximately 300 hotel rooms and 395 branded residences. The site will feature various amenities, including restaurants, a rooftop bar, conference facilities, an event venue, a beach club, swimming pools, a spa, and a fitness center. The project is expected to create around 500 permanent jobs.

Ras Al Khaimah is recognized for its diverse business opportunities and sustainable development initiatives that contribute to economic growth across various sectors. The emirate is known for its natural landscapes and tourism attractions, including Jebel Jais, the UAE’s highest peak, and the world’s longest zipline.

The Hard Rock Hotel & Residences Ras Al Khaimah marks db Group’s first major venture outside Malta, expanding its presence in the hospitality sector.
