Montreal Canadiens captain Nick Suzuki can officially call himself a married man.
The 25-year-old tied the knot with longtime partner Caitlin Fitzgerald during a private ceremony in Turks and Caicos on June 9, surrounded by sun, sand, and just each other.
The couple recently shared dreamy photos from their tropical “I do’s” on Instagram, captioning the post, “Just the two of us, forever.”
But this past weekend, they brought the party back home to Montreal. And judging by the many videos circulating on social media, it looked like the event of the year.
The guest list, meanwhile, was stacked with current and former Canadiens players, such as…
Cole Caufield

Suzuki’s linemate and BFF Cole Caufield was fully supportive of his captain, even rocking a No. 14 Habs mug.
Carey Price
Legendary Canadiens goalie Carey Price may have only shared the ice with Suzuki for a few seasons, but he and wife Angela secured an invite to the captain’s nuptials.
Geoff Molson
Had to invite the boss…
Canadiens owner Geoff Molson was in attendance and was spotted drinking his favourite beer.
Jeff Petry and Jake Allen
Former Habs like Jeff Petry and backup goalie Jake Allen were also there. Both players were part of Suzuki’s early NHL years and were clearly still close enough to make the guest list.
Patrik Laine
Canadiens winger Patrik Laine, who recently tied the knot with longtime girlfriend Jordan Leigh, appeared to be the life of the party, leading a dance circle with his tie wrapped around his head.
Lane Hutson
Rookie sensation Lane Hutson and his girlfriend Kylie rocked an elegant ensemble at the event. However, many social media users were quick to point out that his tie was too short.
Ivan Demidov
Russian rookie Ivan Demidov may only have a few NHL games under his belt, but he’s already attended two team weddings, alongside his partner Katya.
Phillip Danault
The last time we saw Phil Danault in a Habs jersey was during the 2021 Stanley Cup Final. The Quebec native’s wife Marie-Pierre took to Instagram to show off their wedding-day fits.
Chris Wideman and Juraj Slafkovsky
Wideman announced his NHL retirement back in 2024.

Former Canadiens d-man Chris Wideman was spotted hanging out with a couple of the current roster’s young guns, including Juraj Slafkovsky.
Brendan Gallagher
Brendan Gallagher is quick to lend a hand as Nick and Caitlin get airlifted.

Habs veteran Brendan Gallagher was front and centre when it came time to lift Suzuki up over the dance floor. Hey, that’s what alternate captains are for!
Tyler Toffoli
Tyler Toffoli can get LOW.

It’s a little hard to make out, but that’s ex-Habs forward Tyler Toffoli doing the Limbo.
Congratulations to both Nick and Caitlin!
And here’s hoping the rest of the team can recover in time for training camp.
