The Caribbean Hotel and Tourism Association (CHTA) has opened registration for the Caribbean Hospitality Industry Exchange Forum (CHIEF) 2025, scheduled for November 16-18 in Barbados.

The event will be held at the Wyndham Grand Barbados Sam Lord’s Castle All-Inclusive Resort. CHIEF 2025 will feature 24 sessions across six key areas: sales and marketing, technology, sustainability, people-first leadership, linkages, and operations excellence.

The sales and marketing sessions will focus on strategies to increase bookings and adapt to evolving traveler behaviors. Technology discussions will cover AI, automation, and digital tools to enhance guest services and operations. Sustainability sessions will address cost-effective, long-term solutions, including green operations and responsible sourcing. People-first leadership will explore talent attraction and retention, as well as managing multigenerational teams. Linkages will concentrate on strengthening local supply chains and reimagining Caribbean tourism. Operations excellence will provide actionable strategies to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.

The Exchange Hub will offer a platform for companies to present their products and services and network with Caribbean hospitality leaders. CHIEF Talks will return with short, impactful presentations from regional thought leaders and innovators.

Running concurrently with CHIEF 2025, the Taste of the Caribbean event will highlight regional flavors and culinary talent through competitions and events.

Early-bird registration rates are available until August 31. Attendees booking through the CHIEF website can receive an accommodations credit for stays at the Wyndham Grand Barbados Sam Lord’s Castle All-Inclusive Resort. Registration is open to both CHTA members and non-members.

CHIEF 2025 sponsors include Wyndham Grand Barbados Sam Lord’s Castle All-Inclusive Resort, ABA Global Marketing, Hovr, GAIN Advisor, Interval International, MyBookingRewards.com, and taConnect.
