Hilton has introduced the Hilton Cares scholarship program for the 2025-2026 academic year, providing financial support to 90 recipients, including community and team members.

Hilton has announced the launch of its Hilton Cares scholarship program for the 2025-2026 academic year. The initiative, developed in collaboration with the Hilton Global Foundation and Scholarship America, aims to provide educational support to both Hilton team members and community members. A total of 90 scholarships have been awarded, with 63 going to community members and 27 to Hilton team members.

Each recipient of the Hilton Cares scholarship will receive up to $5,000 to be used for educational or skill development purposes. The funds can be applied to various education-related expenses, including tuition, fees, books, and required supplies. The program is open to Hilton team members worldwide, as well as high school seniors, graduates, and students enrolled in college or graduate-level programs.

The scholarship program supports a range of educational pathways, including post-secondary, undergraduate, graduate, or professional studies at accredited two- or four-year colleges, universities, vocational-technical institutions, or CEGEP institutions. While the program is designed to inspire those interested in hospitality, recipients are not required to pursue studies in that field.

The Hilton Cares program reflects the company’s commitment to supporting the educational and career aspirations of its workforce, which spans over half a million team members across nearly 140 countries and territories.

The recipients of the scholarships come from diverse backgrounds and include individuals such as a first-generation college student in the United States studying agricultural communications, an MBA candidate in China focusing on strategic brand management, and a group and events sales manager in Türkiye, enhancing their AI skills.
