Sunflowers are in full bloom at Edmonton’s Corn Maze

19 August 20253 Mins Read

It’s official! The sunflowers are in full bloom at the Edmonton Corn Maze.

Celebrating its 25th season, this corn maze sits west of Edmonton for some outdoorsy, family-friendly fun. Complete with farm animals, spud gun launches, mini gold, its popular sunflower stroll and picture opportunities, as well as the pumpkin patch in the fall, this experience truly offers it all.

Open for the summer and fall, the Edmonton Corn Maze is the perfect way to spend the day outdoors.

Each year since 2001, they have designed a brand new maze with spectacular designs. This year, the 2025 maze design is a tribute to the local success story: The Little Potato Company. From a bird’s-eye view, a representation of their brand is pictured in the over 5 kilometres of corn maze.

What to expect

Admission into the experience is required, but once inside, there are a variety of activities to enjoy for free in addition to the main attraction, the corn maze.

If just walking through the corn maze isn’t exactly your style, the Edmonton Corn Maze is offering a John Deere tractor-pulled train ride through the corn at $2 per person.

For those animal-lovers, pigs, goats, chickens, and rabbits are all part of the farm. These friendly animals remain behind fences, but love to interact with visitors. Those looking to get closer, feed for the animals is available for 25 cents.

Kids looking for some fun can be led towards mini-games like the Bouncy Bin, Roller Bowler, Wall Climbers, and Barnyard Basketball. Both kids and adults alike can leap the giant jumping pillows for some active adventures.

And, don’t forget the most scenic activity of them all, the spectacular sunflower field.

Acres of sunflowers span across a field, blooming for a breathtaking natural spectacle. Visitors are invited to take pictures, enjoy with friends, and take in the beautiful views. Admission to the sunflower fields is included with regular admission, and sunflowers are available for u-pick at $1 per stem.

This experience is perfect for families, groups of friends, or even an intimate date night. Explore the maze, have some fun, and don’t miss out on the Edmonton Corn Maze’s thrilling adventure for 2025.

When: Now until Thursday, Oct. 24, 2025
Where: 51529 Range Rd. 262, Spruce Grove, Alta.
