Noble Investment Group has appointed Marc Dober as Senior Director of Asset Management to enhance its institutional investment platform.
Noble Investment Group announced the appointment of Marc Dober as Senior Director of Asset Management. This move is part of the firm’s strategy to expand its institutional investment platform. Dober will be responsible for overseeing asset performance across Noble’s portfolio, working closely with operating teams to enhance revenue growth, operational efficiencies, and long-term value creation.
Dober brings extensive experience in hospitality revenue management and portfolio strategy, having spent three decades in the industry. Before joining Noble, he was an operating executive at Cerberus Capital Management, where he managed performance for a national hotel portfolio. His previous roles include leadership positions at Lightstone, RLJ Lodging Trust, and the Goldman Sachs platform, CPG.
In his new role at Noble, Dober will apply his operational insight and data-driven approach to align with the company’s strategy for driving asset value. His leadership is expected to bolster Noble’s capabilities in delivering long-term value across its investment platform.
Dober holds a bachelor’s degree from the College of Charleston and a certification in hotel, real estate, and asset management from Cornell University. His appointment is seen as a strategic move by Noble to strengthen its leadership team as it continues to scale its investment operations.
