Rosewood Hotels & Resorts plans to open Rosewood Calistoga and Rosewood Residences Calistoga in Napa Valley in 2027.
Rosewood Hotels & Resorts has announced the development of Rosewood Calistoga and Rosewood Residences Calistoga, scheduled to open in 2027. The project will be located on a 118-acre site in Calistoga, California, situated along a forested ridgeline near the downtown area.
The resort will feature 129 accommodations, including guestrooms, suites, and residences. The design of the property will be managed by Atelier Marsh, following the original vision set by architect Ed Tuttle. The design aims to integrate with the natural landscape, using materials and motifs inspired by the local environment.
The resort will include several dining options that emphasize locally sourced ingredients. A signature restaurant will offer a menu that changes with the seasons, utilizing produce from on-site gardens and nearby farms and wineries. Additional dining facilities will include a cocktail bar and a poolside eatery.
Rosewood Calistoga will also provide wellness services through Asaya, Rosewood’s wellness concept. The wellness center will feature six treatment rooms, an outdoor garden, hydrotherapy experiences, and a fitness center. The property will offer two swimming pools, one for adults and another for families, as well as a children’s club.
For events, the resort will have over 20,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space to accommodate various gatherings. The Rosewood Residences Calistoga component will consist of 20 private villas and 13 homesites, designed to blend with the natural surroundings.
