Toronto’s biggest women’s-only fitness event will have a live DJ and gifts

21 August 20252 Mins Read

If you’ve been waiting for the perfect excuse to grab your girls and get a sweat in together, this is it. Introducing IMPACT by Ladies Lift, the biggest women’s only fitness event in the GTA. It’s coming to Toronto’s STACKT Market this weekend, and here’s what to know.

The fun kicks off on Aug. 23, right at noon, inside STACKT market. Think of it as your ultimate girls’ day: part workout, part party and hanging out.

Your day will start with a warm-up and cool-down led by Melrose Training, and then dive into a one-hour outdoor boot camp led by a powerhouse lineup of female coaches.

Expect HIIT and strength stations that will challenge you, push you, and probably make you laugh in between the sweat.

And because no workout is complete without a soundtrack, a live DJ will be spinning the beats to keep you going.

After the workout, stick around for the post-workout social. We’re talking treats and refreshments from local faves like 6ixDonuts, Blume, Reign and The Roasted Nut Company.

There’s also a mini vendor market showcasing female-owned businesses like Alura and Her Sacred Roots.

And yes, since we all love a little something extra, every attendee walks away with a gift bag stuffed with goodies from event sponsors.

So whether you come with your besties or roll solo and meet new ones, IMPACT is an event made by women, for women.

Get ready to sweat, Toronto!

IMPACT

When: Aug. 23, 2025, at noon
Where: STACKT market
Cost: $35 – tickets can be purchased online
