Chris Lane is giving fans a rare look into his wife, Lauren Bushnell Lane’s singing voice! The country star, 40, recently took to social media, sharing a hilarious throwback video of himself playing an acoustic guitar on the side of the street with his reality star wife in tow.

The video, posted on Instagram on Wednesday, Aug. 20, shows the loving married pair jamming out to impromptu renditions of Taylor Swift’s “Our Song” and Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga’s “Shallow,” with the Bachelor alum effortlessly belting out the lyrics alongside her hubs while incorporating some on-the-spot dance moves into her performance.
“In the front seat of his car,” Lauren, 35, joins in with her set of vocals while tapping one hand on her hip. “He’s got a one-hand feel on the steering wheel / The other on my heart / I look around, turn the radio down / He says, “Baby, is something wrong?” / I say, “Nothin’, I was just thinkin’ how we don’t have a song.”
Afterwards, it appears Chris let Lauren, who is seen wearing cut-off jeans, a ball cap, and a vintage Grace Under Pressure Tour Shirt, take the rest of the song as she belts some of the lyrics of the chorus before segueing into the high notes of “Shallow.”
“I told you, she’s actually not bad!” Chris can be heard telling an onlooker before the end of the clip.
“When we first started dating, these moments made me fall, and she’s gonna kill me for posting this, but I wanted to share a side of Lauren that most of y’all don’t get to see 😍,” Chris captioned alongside the video. “Taking requests for her next song.”
Fans Are Clamoring For A Chris and Lauren Duet
Throughout the video, both stars appear to be just having fun together as they share a love of music. But, folks who caught the clip are now begging for a duet from the country singer/songwriter and his Bachelor Nation bride.
“You know what, Chris??!! Lauren’s voice really isn’t that bad! With the right song, nothing too high of a range, she would knock it out of the park!” One person wrote in the comments section of the post. “You two should do a duet sometime in the near future! According to People, Chris and Lauren met at an awards show in 2015. They tied the knot four years later, in October of 2019, exchanging vows during a “secret garden” wedding. Since then, the spouses have welcomed two sons, Baker West, 2, and Dutton Walker, 4, and have a third child, a daughter, on the way!

The couple announced they were expecting in May, sharing a video on Instagram of them beachside with their boys alongside them.

“Party of 5 coming this November! 🤍,” they captioned the due date of their impending wee one.
“We are so excited to meet you 👼🏼,” they later wrote in a joint post, revealing the gender of their little girl.

“I remember when I was little, I always wished for older brothers, and so I’m excited for her that she gets this, and they’re two very, very sweet older brothers. They’re going to be great,” Lauren later said of her baby girl’s chance to have older siblings during an interview with Today.
