Hyatt has opened the Hyatt Regency Kuala Lumpur at KL Midtown, marking the return of the Hyatt Regency brand to the city.

Hyatt Hotels Corporation has announced the opening of the Hyatt Regency Kuala Lumpur at KL Midtown. The new property is the seventh Hyatt hotel in Kuala Lumpur. The hotel is situated in the KL Midtown neighborhood, providing convenient access to Kuala Lumpur’s business district, cultural landmarks, and entertainment areas.

The hotel features 410 accommodations, including 306 guestrooms and suites, and 104 serviced residences. They range from standard rooms to various suite options, including Regency Club Rooms and the Presidential Suite. Guests in Regency Club Rooms have access to the Regency Club Lounge, which offers daily breakfast, refreshments, and evening cocktails.

The serviced residences have a private lobby entrance and a dedicated guest drop-off area. Options include one- and two-bedroom apartments, each equipped with a kitchenette, dining, and living areas.

Dining options at the hotel include four venues. Midtown Brasserie offers meals throughout the day, while Midtown Lounge serves afternoon tea. China House provides Chinese cuisine, and ENSŌ Izakaya & Bar focuses on Japanese dining.

For events, the hotel offers 16 function rooms, including a pillarless ballroom and meeting rooms across three floors. The facilities include natural light, open layouts, and wood accents. An outdoor area, The Courtyard, is available for networking breaks.

Recreational amenities include an infinity pool on the fifth floor and another private pool for residence guests on the 32nd floor. A 24-hour fitness center is also available, equipped with modern machines and training equipment.
