Why watch: Who doesn’t love an intense, heated psychological drama with family drama and a mama’s boy?

Series: Gen V Season 2 
Air date: Sept. 17
Synopsis: As the rest of the country adjusts to Homelander’s iron fist, a mysterious new Dean preaches a curriculum that promises to make students more powerful than ever at Godolkin University. Cate and Sam are celebrated heroes, while Marie, Jordan and Emma reluctantly return to college, burdened by months of trauma and loss. They also learn of a secret program that goes back to the founding of Godolkin University that may be more than they bargained for.
Why watch: If you liked The Boys, then this series might be right up your alley, with a younger more youthful spin on things that I personally think even beats its predecessor.

Series: Hotel Costiera
Air date: Sept. 24
Synopsis: Daniel De Luca (Jesse Williams) is a half-Italian former U.S. marine who returns to Italy, to fix one of the world’s most luxurious hotels in Positano. When the owner’s daughter Alice disappears, it’s up to Daniel to find who kidnapped the girl and bring her back alive.
Why watch: This White Lotus-esque drama is set against the picturesque Amalfi Coast, so sign us up.

Synopsis: Inspired by the real-life story of Bumble founder Whitney Wolfe Herd, Swiped follows the woman (played by Lily James) who helped create two innovative blockbuster dating apps and, in doing so, became the world’s youngest female billionaire. When she is subjected to sexual harassment from her male colleagues, she leaves to create Bumble, a dating app that empowers women to make the first move.
