Extended Stay America has announced the opening of its new hotel, Extended Stay America Premier Suites, located near Jacksonville International Airport. The property is developed by franchisee TMGOC Ventures in collaboration with Willow Street Capital.
The new hotel features 124 rooms across four stories and is designed to accommodate guests requiring longer stays. Amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, breakfast, premium cable, a 24-hour fitness center, on-site laundry facilities, and a spacious lobby with vending options. Each suite is equipped with a full kitchen, including a refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, cookware, utensils, and dishes. Additional suite features include a widescreen 50-inch TV, signature bedding, a recliner, and a dedicated workspace.
The hotel is situated three miles from Jacksonville International Airport, targeting business travelers and professionals in the logistics, transportation, and healthcare sectors. The location provides convenient access to UF Health North Hospital, Jacksonville North VA Clinic, ATS International Services Inc., and Saddle Creek Logistics.
