Edmonton is bustling this weekend with celebrations!

There are mazes, concerts, festivals, and so much more. Without further ado, let’s get into some of the best and most exciting things to do this weekend in Edmonton.

It’s finally time, the Edmonton Corn Maze is up, ready, and in full swing for operation. This Edmonton staple features not only the famous corn maze, but a gorgeous sunflower field, endless photo opportunities, and even the chance to pet and feed farm animals.

When: Now until Thursday, Oct. 24, 2025
Time: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Edmonton’s Oktoberfest is coming back for another year in Fan Park. Take a sip of your pint of beer and enjoy the many festivities this celebration has to offer this upcoming weekend.

When: Now until Saturday, Sept. 27, 2025
Time: 6 p.m. to midnight on Friday, 11 a.m. to 12 a.m. on Saturday
Where: Fan Park — 10104 104th Ave. NW, Edmonton, Alta.

With a drink in hand, no kids allowed, and vibes that are intergalactic, this evening at Telus World of Science is perfect for an intimate outing with friends or a perfect date night out.

Time: 6 to 10 p.m.
Where: Telus World of Science — 11211 142nd St. NW, Edmonton, Alta.

The I’m the Problem Tour has made its way into Alberta, and Morgan Wallen is hitting Edmonton for two days for a concert of a lifetime. Country fans, you’re going to want to head over to the Commonwealth Stadium for this one.

When: Friday, Sept. 12, 2025, and Saturday, Sept. 13, 2025
Time: Gates open at 4:30 p.m.

Cruise along the North Saskatchewan River and rock the night away with the request-only performance from Edmonton’s most talented duelling pianists, Court Jester Dueling Pianos.

“Where creativity meets tradition.”

Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore are taking center stage for this upcoming festival, with cultural performances, foods, and more all slated for the celebration. This year, they are even featuring an extreme eating contest. You definitely don’t want to miss out on this one.

When: Friday, Sept. 12, 2025, to Sunday, Sept. 14, 2025

For two days, the Edmonton Filipino Fiesta is back!

They are here to celebrate the best of Filipino culture. Get ready to watch performances on the main stage, take a stroll through the fiesta marketplace for some delicious eats, and connect with the community.

When: Saturday, Sept. 13, 2025, and Sunday, Sept. 14, 2025
Time: 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday
Where: Lodge Inn Conference Centre — 15540 Stony Plain Rd., Edmonton, Alta.

This one-day festival features barrel-fermented and barrel-aged beer, as well as cider, from the best breweries in Canada. Breweries from across the country will be pouring their own beer for guests wandering around the festival.

Time: 1 to 6 p.m.
Where: Ritchie Park — 7727 98th St. NW, Edmonton, Alta.

A new folk festival is hitting Edmonton by storm, Down By The River.

In the depths of the river valley, witness showstopping performances from some folk artists. Some names like Ruby Waters and Boy Golden will be featured at the festival.

When: Saturday, Sept. 13, 2025, and Sunday, Sept. 14, 2025
Time: Doors open at 1 p.m.
Where: Louise McKinney Riverfront Park — 9999 Grierson Hill NW, Edmonton, Alta.

People are invited to meet the curators, conservators, exhibit staff and other Royal Alberta Museum experts to learn about the research, care, and planning that goes into making Edmonton’s museum what it is.
