MGM Resorts International has appointed Ayesha Molino as Chief Operating Officer and Gary Fritz as Chief Commercial Officer and President of MGM Digital.
MGM Resorts International has announced leadership changes with the appointment of Ayesha Molino as Chief Operating Officer and Gary Fritz as Chief Commercial Officer and President of MGM Digital. Fritz will assume his new role immediately, while Molino’s appointment will take effect on January 1, 2026. Molino will succeed Corey Sanders, who plans to retire on December 31, 2025, after over 30 years with the company.
Ayesha Molino currently serves as President and COO of ARIA and Vdara, overseeing operations at these Las Vegas properties. Her responsibilities include managing property operations, marketing, human resources, guest experience, and other functions. Molino joined MGM Resorts in 2017 and has held various leadership roles, including Chief Public Affairs Officer. She is also involved in several industry associations and boards.
Gary Fritz, who is currently President of MGM Resorts International Interactive, will lead strategic digital gaming initiatives globally in his new role. His responsibilities will include overseeing digital, gaming, marketing, and advertising strategies. Fritz has a background in leading multinational companies in global strategy and expansion, with previous roles at Expedia and McKinsey & Company. He joined MGM Resorts after serving as Head of Gaming for IAC.
Corey Sanders, the outgoing COO, has been with MGM Resorts for over three decades, holding various executive positions, including Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. His tenure included overseeing Las Vegas and regional properties, as well as multiple corporate departments.
These leadership changes come as MGM Resorts continues to focus on its digital and gaming strategies to expand its presence in international markets. The company is also pursuing growth opportunities in Asia, with an integrated resort development in Japan.
