The National Day for Truth and Reconciliation is approaching this Tuesday, Sept. 30, 2025.
Truth and Reconciliation Day, also known as Orange Shirt Day, is a day when people across Canada come together to recognize the ongoing effects of residential schools. It’s a day when people take the time to listen to Indigenous voices around the country, offering their ears and support where it can be provided toward reconciliation.
