The first ever North America’s 50 Best Restaurants list will be announced live tonight at an awards ceremony in Las Vegas, bringing together top chefs across the U.S., Canada, and the Caribbean to vie for top honors. The North America list debuts this year, the latest expansion of regional restaurant awards by the World’s 50 Best Restaurants organization, which will be live streaming the North America list announcement from the Wynn Las Vegas beginning at 8 p.m. Pacific.
The North America’s 50 Best list covers the U.S., Canada, and the Caribbean. Latin America is covered under a separate list, as are Asia and the MENA region. The 2025 World’s 50 Best list, announced back in June, includes a handful of U.S. restaurants — Atomix (No. 12), Le Bernardin (90), and César (98) in New York; Atelier Crenn (95) in San Francisco; and SingleThread in Healdsburg, California (80) — and the new North America list provides a lot of space to celebrate more American restaurants, alongside those of Canada and the Caribbean that are traditionally underrepresented on the World list.
