Bally’s Corporation has unveiled plans for a new entertainment resort on the Las Vegas Strip, situated on the 35-acre site previously occupied by the Tropicana Las Vegas. The development will share the site with the future Las Vegas Athletics Major League Baseball ballpark. The project is currently seeking entitlements from Clark County, with construction anticipated to begin in the first half of 2026.

The planned resort, developed in collaboration with JLL, will include two hotel towers offering a total of 3,000 rooms. Additional features of the project include a 2,500-seat entertainment venue and over 500,000 square feet dedicated to retail, dining, and entertainment spaces. The resort will also feature a casino and a VIP area with direct access to the adjacent ballpark. Marnell Architecture is the designated architect for the project.

The development aims to create a hub for both international visitors and regional baseball fans, integrating various dining concepts, retail outlets, and immersive experiences. JLL will oversee the sourcing of retail and dining options, aiming to incorporate a mix of global brands and local businesses that reflect the character of Las Vegas.

This project is part of a broader strategy to enhance the entertainment and tourism offerings on the Las Vegas Strip, aligning with the city’s reputation as a major destination for both leisure and professional sports events. The involvement of Major League Baseball is expected to further elevate the area’s appeal as a venue for large-scale tourism and entertainment.

The announcement follows Bally’s Corporation’s ongoing efforts to expand its presence in the casino and entertainment industry, with this development marking a significant investment in the Las Vegas market.
