Bay Gardens Resorts has announced the development of Sapphire Sands Villas, a new beachfront villa property set to open in February 2026 on Reduit Beach in Rodney Bay Village, Saint Lucia. The property will consist of nine three-bedroom villas, totaling 27 keys, which can be configured into one-, two-, or three-bedroom accommodations. Each villa will feature a kitchen, living area, private balconies, and ocean views. Some ground-floor villas will include plunge pools.

The property will also feature a waterfront restaurant, Kimchi & Kalaloo, offering Asian-Caribbean fusion cuisine.
