Sheraton Hotels has announced the opening of a new hotel in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. Sheraton Johor Bahru features 345 guest rooms and is situated near the Singapore–Johor Bahru Causeway. The hotel is strategically located near several local attractions, including the Sultan Abu Bakar State Mosque, the Johor Bahru Old Chinese Temple, and the Bazaar Karat Night Market. It is also approximately a 45-minute drive from Senai International Airport.
The hotel aims to serve as a convenient lodging option for travelers interested in cultural exploration and cross-border travel. It is positioned to attract families, given its proximity to destinations such as Legoland Malaysia and Johor Premium Outlets.
Sheraton Johor Bahru offers a range of accommodations, including family rooms and suites designed with separate spaces for parents and children. The property also features a Sheraton Club, offering an exclusive area for guests staying in Club-level rooms and Marriott Bonvoy Elite members.
