The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) has announced the opening of Gulab Haveli in Mandawa, Rajasthan. The property is part of the company’s SeleQtions brand, which focuses on unique and distinctive hotels.
Gulab Haveli has been restored to reflect its 19th-century architectural style, featuring 17 rooms and suites. The design includes frescoes, low-slung doorways, and arches with detailed artwork. The central courtyard serves as a focal point for the property.
Dining options at the hotel include Resham, an all-day dining restaurant inspired by the Silk Route, and Amal, a bar. Additional amenities include a rooftop terrace pool and a Hammam spa.
Mandawa is situated in Rajasthan’s Shekhawati region, renowned for its fortresses, archways, and rich art. Gulab Haveli adds to the accommodation options available in this area, often referred to as an open-air art gallery.
The opening of Gulab Haveli is part of IHCL’s strategy to expand its presence in heritage locations across India.
