The George at Columbia, part of Hilton’s Tapestry Collection, has officially opened its doors in Harlem, New York. Located at 412 West 126th Street, the hotel offers 139 guest rooms and is the first Hilton property in the neighborhood.
The hotel is situated near cultural landmarks, including Columbia University, the Apollo Theater, and Morningside Park. The property includes a terrace lounge, lobby bar, fitness center, and 2,000 square feet of meeting space. Two full-service restaurants are planned to open in Spring 2026, with a heated outdoor pool expected to be operational by Summer 2026.
The George at Columbia aims to integrate with the local community through local hiring and community-focused programming. The hotel provides amenities such as complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi and floor-to-ceiling windows in guest rooms. The design incorporates art deco elements and natural textures.
