The Courtland Grand Hotel in Atlanta has completed a comprehensive renovation, updating all public and guest spaces.
The Courtland Grand Hotel, part of the Trademark Collection by Wyndham, has finalized a multi-million dollar renovation project. Located at 165 Courtland St. NE in Atlanta, the hotel features 763 rooms and is operated by HEI Hotel & Resorts. The renovation included updates to the lobby, restaurant, meeting spaces, and guest rooms.
The refurbishment involved installing new carpeting throughout the property, including the lobby, restaurant, and guest rooms. Hard goods were refinished with new laminates, and public areas were painted in neutral tones. Guest rooms received upgraded linen packages and new guest comfort technology, with some rooms also equipped with new mattresses and box springs.
The hotel’s restaurant, Fandangle’s, was also renovated to accommodate a newly announced culinary team. The restaurant will serve Southern comfort food, American cuisine, and international dishes under the leadership of Chef Reginald Shankle.
The hotel is situated near key Atlanta locations such as State Farm Arena, Georgia World Congress Center, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, and Centennial Olympic Park. Amenities at the Courtland Grand Hotel include large floor-to-ceiling windows in guest rooms, complimentary WiFi, a 24/7 fitness center, and an indoor heated pool. The hotel offers nearly 100,000 square feet of event space, including a 15,000-square-foot Grand Ballroom and over 55 meeting rooms, with capacity for events ranging from 5 to 1,200 guests.
