Nobu Hospitality Expands with Hotels in Azerbaijan and Montenegro

Nobu Hospitality has announced plans to open new hotel, restaurant, and residence locations in Baku, Azerbaijan, and Montenegro, in partnership with Sea Breeze Resort.

Nobu Hospitality has revealed plans to expand its presence with two new developments in Baku, Azerbaijan, and Montenegro. These projects are in collaboration with Sea Breeze Resort and will include hotels, restaurants, and residential units.

The Nobu Hospitality has announced plans to open new hotel, restaurant, and residence locations in Baku, Azerbaijan, and Montenegro, in partnership with Sea Breeze Resort. will be situated along the Caspian coast within the Sea Breeze Resort area. This development marks Nobu’s first entry into Azerbaijan. The project will feature an 80-room hotel and 100 residences, including five villas. The design will incorporate Nobu’s signature aesthetic, focusing on natural materials and a balance of comfort and sophistication. The property will also include a Nobu restaurant offering Japanese Peruvian cuisine, a bar, lounge, fitness center, wellness spa, and meeting and event spaces. Guests and residents will have direct access to the beach on the Caspian Sea.

In Montenegro, Nobu will establish a similar development at the Sea Breeze Resort along the Adriatic coast. This project will also include an 80-room hotel and 100 private residences with five villas. The Montenegro location will feature a Nobu restaurant and offer panoramic sea views and private waterfront access. The site is positioned near exclusive regional destinations.
