Could The Amazing Digital Circus be leaving Netflix? A new removal notice has appeared on the show’s page, claiming the series is set to depart globally on December 13th. However, we’ve confirmed that won’t be the case. Instead, we’re finally getting new episodes in December. Here’s what we know.
Update: This post has been updated to reflect Netflix’s confirmation that the removal notice was placed in error.
The removal notice came as a surprise, given that GLITCH only recently clarified the show’s Netflix plans during its GLITCH Direct 2025 presentation, where it revealed updates and first looks at its upcoming slate of titles. It also provided a long-awaited update on the status of new episodes, which haven’t arrived on Netflix globally yet and have been exclusive to YouTube.
When the original deal was announced, Netflix was to distribute the show globally alongside YouTube, with new episodes debuting on both platforms simultaneously. That didn’t happen for episode 5, released in June, or episode 6, which followed in August. Episode 7 is set to drop on December 12th, 2025, with more planned for 2026.

We finally got clarity during GLITCH Direct 2025 on what’s happening with the Netflix rollout. We got confirmation that episodes 5 to 7 will arrive together on Netflix in December, rather than releasing day-and-date with YouTube. Specifically, they said, “Alongside the drop of Episode 7 in December, Episodes 5 to 7 will be available on Netflix as well. We found out that people prefer watching things in batches over on Netflix.”
The newly posted removal notice caused some confusion for anyone who saw the “Last day to watch” message on The Amazing Digital Circus today, but we now have clarity. Netflix has confirmed to us that the notice was added in error and will be removed in due course. There are no changes to the plan to bring episodes 5 to 7 to Netflix on December 12th as originally outlined. Case closed.
