LivAway Suites Begins Construction on New Hotel in Mesa, Arizona

LivAway Suites has commenced construction on a new extended-stay hotel in Mesa, Arizona, marking its fifth location in the state and part of a larger national expansion plan.

LivAway Suites has started the construction of a new hotel in Mesa, Arizona. This development represents the fifth LivAway Suites location in the state and is part of the company’s broader strategy to expand its presence nationwide. The Mesa hotel is scheduled to open in the fall of 2026.

The new hotel will feature amenities such as in-room kitchens, private bathrooms, seating areas with 50-inch smart TVs, tech-enabled laundry facilities, and high-speed Wi-Fi. It will also provide access to LivAway’s long-term stay programs, including extended-stay rates and early-booking discounts.

The Mesa project is part of LivAway Suites’ national development pipeline, which currently includes 22 locations, either open or under development. The company plans an additional 12 to 15 groundbreakings in 2026.

LivAway Suites is focusing on expanding in markets with strong economic fundamentals, and the Mesa location is part of its strategy to build a regional footprint in Arizona.
