Hilton has signed an agreement to open AMARIS Grace Bay, a new LXR Hotels & Resorts property, in Turks and Caicos by 2028.
Hilton has announced the signing of AMARIS Grace Bay, a new addition to its LXR Hotels & Resorts portfolio, scheduled to open in 2028. The development will be located on Grace Bay Beach in Turks and Caicos and will feature a mix of resort and residential offerings. SEFAMM (TCI) Ltd owns the project.
The planned development will include 170 guest rooms and suites, with options ranging from one to four-bedroom branded residences. The property aims to offer views of Grace Bay’s turquoise waters. The resort’s design will incorporate materials such as woven fabrics and polished wood to integrate with the natural surroundings.
The resort will feature two specialty restaurants, including a beachfront restaurant and a Japanese Grill. Additional amenities will include a spa and fitness center covering nearly 10,000 square feet, a 970-square-foot event space, and a kids’ club and game room.
The AMARIS Grace Bay project is part of Hilton’s broader strategy to expand its presence in the Caribbean and Latin America. The company currently has nearly 300 hotels in the region, with approximately 160 more in the development pipeline. This includes 50 properties in the luxury and lifestyle categories.
Hilton’s expansion plans also include other projects in the region, such as the Waldorf Astoria Turks and Caicos Dellis Cay, set to open in 2028, and the Waldorf Astoria San Miguel de Allende in Mexico, expected in 2027. The company aims to nearly double its presence across its luxury brands, which include Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts, Conrad Hotels & Resorts, and LXR Hotels & Resorts.
The new development will offer guests access to the Hilton Honors loyalty program, which provides benefits for members who book directly with Hilton.
