The new year is coming, and it’s going to be a fresh start in the city. New festivals, concerts, gatherings, and the return of classic events we know and love. What better way to get excited about the next 365 days than putting some big happenings on the roster? 2026 is going to be a fantastic one, Toronto, and here are the biggest and best events to look forward to.

Beat the winter blues in the best way possible — with delicious food.

Winterlicious features a lineup of local restaurants offering discounted prix fixe lunch and dinner menus. Talk about a perfect excuse for a date night!

When: Jan. 30 to Feb. 12, 2026
Where: Various restaurants

Car lovers, this one is for you.

When: Feb. 13 to Feb. 22, 2026
Where: Metro Toronto Convention Centre — 255 Front St. W.

Miss. Cardi B is bringing her talents to Scotiabank Arena in March, okurrrrr?

When: March 30, 2026.
Where: Scotiabank Arena – 40 Bay St.

This spring event is something we look forward to every year.

Doors Open Toronto invites the public to explore the city’s most-loved buildings and sites at no cost – a great way to get to know the city or parts of the city you’ve never seen.

When: May 23 and 24, 2026

One of the biggest country stars needs two nights in the city, that’s how you know it’s going to be good.

When: June 5 and 6, 2026
Where: Rogers Stadium – 105 Carl Hall Rd.

Happening since 1981, Pride Toronto is Canada’s largest festival and the second-largest Pride celebration in the world.

The festivities run all month long, including the highly anticipated Pride parade.

When: June 25 to Jun. 28, 2026

North America’s largest Caribbean carnival also happens to be one of Toronto’s biggest parties (over one million people in total attend).

Caribana runs from July 30 to Aug. 3, 2026, with more details being released as the year goes on.

Our girl Olivia Dean is going to be one of the biggest summer shows. If you can snag tickets, do so sooner rather than later.

Where: Scotiabank Arena – 40 Bay St.

Rogers Centre is gonna be bumpin’ in August when Ed Sheeran comes to the city.

When: Aug. 20, 2026
Where: Rogers Centre – 1 Blue Jays Way

The Ex is another one of Toronto’s largest events.

The massive fair/expo runs from late August to September.

When: Aug. 21, 2026, to Sept. 7, 2026
Where: Exhibition Place – 100 Princes’ Blvd.

Are you ready to rock?

AC/DC is coming to Toronto on what could be one of their last tours, so you won’t want to miss it.

When: Sept. 16, 2026
Where: Rogers Stadium – 105 Carl Hall Rd.

The city’s all-night art festival takes over the city for one night only, and for 2026, it’s happening on Oct. 3.
