Picture: Beastars final season part 2 is coming to Netflix in March 2026
Fans have been waiting patiently for the release of the final episodes of Beastars, and thanks to the announcement made at Jump Festa 2026, we now have confirmation that part 2 of the final season of Beastars is coming in March 2026.
Split into two halves, the first batch of episodes, which make up the final season, consisting of a hefty 12 episodes, launched on Netflix on December 5, 2024. It continues the show’s streak in gaining positive reviews from critics and audiences alike.
Although we received bad news about the delay, Netflix treated us to a couple of new things: a new synopsis teasing what’s to come in part 2 of the final season and an all-new poster. The updated synopsis for the final season reads:
“Following the confrontation with Riz, Legoshi decides to leave school and begins living alone in Beast Apartments. Meanwhile, Louis, who has left the Young BEASTARS and graduated from the academy, decides to finally face his father, Ogma. Haru, who is enjoying her campus life, deals with an endless series of troubles. Around this time, current BEASTAR Yahya pursues Melon, a violent criminal who seeks pleasure in murdering beasts. The fates of Legoshi and Melon, which never should have crossed paths, are intertwined by a secret held closely by Legoshi’s family.”

The announcement came as part of Netflix’s presence at the Los Angeles Anime Expo, which kicked off with the announcement that CD Projekt Red and Netflix are indeed working on a season 2 of Cyberpunk: Edgerunners. Netflix also confirmed our scoop that The Fragrant Flower Blooms With Dignity, which streamed on Netflix in September, and Record of Ragnarok, which returned in December 2025 for its third season.
Beastars final season part 2 release date
An array of announcements was made at Japan’s Jump Festa 2026 event. This includes details on the upcoming Elbaf Arc for One Piece, a release date for Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure: Steel Ball Run, and confirmation that part 2 of Beastars‘ final season is coming in March 2026!
