Snoop Dogg's NFL Christmas Halftime Show Sparks Super Bowl Comparisons

On Christmas Day 2025, fans watching the Detroit Lions face the Minnesota Vikings in Minneapolis got more than just a nail-biting football game. 

At halftime, Snoop Dogg delivered a star-studded performance titled “Snoop Dogg’s Holiday Halftime Party,” streaming live on Netflix from U.S. Bank Stadium. 

Fans were treated to a festive mix of classic hits, holiday favorites and surprise appearances, turning a defensive football battle into a full-on holiday spectacle.

Martha Stewart, Snoop Dogg’s longtime friend, kicked off the event by reading a Christmas story. “I sprung from my bed, and said, ‘what is cracking?’ Hailing from the one and only LBC, give it up for Snoop D.O. double G,” she announced. 

From there, the show exploded into music, dance and celebrity cameos that kept viewers glued to the screen.

Snoop Dogg’s performance featured a mix of musical talents that represented multiple genres. The K-pop artists EJAE, Audrey Nuna, and Rei Ami: voices behind the fictional girl band Huntrix in Netflix’s animated filmKPop Demon Hunters, performed a high-energy, bass-heavy version of “The 12 Days of Christmas.” 

Their dancers pranced across the field while Snoop Dogg joined in with crowd-pleasing hits like “Drop It Like It’s Hot” and “Who Am I (What’s My Name)?”

Country star Lainey Wilson arrived on a sleigh to perform “Santa Claus is Coming to Town,” adding a family-friendly twist. The finale featured Italian opera legend Andrea Bocelli and his son Matteo, singing “White Christmas” as fake snow fell on the field, creating a magical holiday moment.
