Here’s a taste of what’s filming in and around Vancouver this winter

14 January 20263 Mins Read

Winter is in full swing, and Hollywood North has been busy. Production is currently underway for tons of popular series and films, with no signs of slowing down in the coming months. So if you’re keen on figuring out what’s filming in your area, this list is for you. Here’s just a taste of what’s filming in and around Vancouver this season.

With the alias “Mink Golden,” Percy Jackson and the Olympians is a new-ish series created by Rick Riordan and Jonathan E. Steinberg that started filming in August of last year, and will continue production in the Burnaby area until March 13, 2026. The series follows Percy Jackson as he leads a quest across America to prevent a war with the Olympian gods.

When: Until March 13, 2026

Just like the three seasons that came before, Season 4 of Yellowjackets is set to film in the Vancouver area. Renewed for its next season back in May 2025, the popular series follows the complicated lives of a slew of plane crash survivors who went down in the remote Canadian wilderness.

When: Feb. 25, 2026 – Jul. 30, 2026

Season 3 of Mayfair Witches commenced filming in October 2025 at 888 SE Marine Dr., and will continue until Feb. 11, 2026. The show stars Alexandra Daddario, Tongayi Chirisa, and Jack Huston, telling the story of a neurosurgeon who discovers she is an heir to a family of witches.

When: Until Feb. 11, 2026

Grown Ups 3 is still in pre-production, with the project recently confirmed, and filming expected to commence in Vancouver in early February. In the third instalment of this iconic slapstick comedy, a surprise inheritance means that Lenny, Eric, Kurt, Marcus, and Rob have control of their childhood summer camp, where they reunite for “one last hurrah.”

When: Starts filming on Feb. 2, 2026

This Netflix series follows a con woman and a demoted detective who are given the chance to solve crimes together and redeem themselves, starring Vanessa Morgan, Giacomo Gianniotti, and Michael Xavier. It commenced filming in November 2025 and will continue its production in Langley until March 18, 2026.

When: Until March 18, 2026

If you loved Sabrina the Teenage Witch growing up, this series is a fun continuation of the theme. It’s about a band of teen witch apprentices who come together to defend New Orleans against a dark force, now filming in Burnaby until March 5, 2026.

When: Until March 5, 2026

Starring Justin Hartley, Abby McEnany, and Eric Graise, Tracker is now in its third season, telling the story of Colter Shaw as he travels the country in an RV to help locate people who have gone missing, until his latest case changes everything. The show will conclude filming its third season in Langley on April 17, 2026.

When: Until April 17, 2026

Starring Max Thieriot, Joan Rater, and Tony Phelan, Fire Country is a show following a young convict who joins a firefighting program in exchange for a shortened sentence. The show has been filming in Vancouver since last July and wraps up on Feb. 25, 2025.

When: Now until Feb. 25, 2025
