Dusit signed 24 new hotel agreements in 2025, increasing its global pipeline to more than 50 properties and projecting over 1,400 additional rooms to open in 2026.
Dusit signed a record 24 hotel agreements in 2025, expanding its development pipeline to over 50 properties worldwide. The signings cover key markets including India, Japan, the Maldives, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia, with openings scheduled over the next five years.
In 2025, Dusit completed several projects, including Dusit Hotel AG Park in Chengdu, dusitD2 Feydhoo Maldives, and Tantawan Tented Camp in Chiang Rai, Thailand. The company’s development strategy focused on conversions and brownfield projects, aiming for faster timelines and earlier returns compared to new builds.
The company introduced new brands during the year, including Devarana – Dusit Retreats, Dusit Collection, and Dusit Hotels, targeting various market segments. In Indonesia, Dusit signed its first hotel in the country, Kaliwatu Villas & Residences – Dusit Collection, in Labuan Bajo. In Japan, the company signed WE Hotel – Dusit Collection, a 55-room property with three villas on Lake Toya, Hokkaido.
India saw six new signings across the Dusit Collection and Dusit Princess brands, with properties in Solang, Kasol, Kolkata, Raipur, and Bhiwadi. In the Maldives, Dusit signed Devarana – Dusit Retreat Maldives and opened dusitD2 Feydhoo Maldives.
In the Middle East, Dusit signed Dusit Hotel Al Ahsa in Saudi Arabia. In the Philippines, the company signed ASAI Camaya Coast, a 150-room hotel in Mariveles, Bataan, and Dusit Hotel Greenhills Manila, a 200-room property in San Juan City, Metro Manila.
In Thailand, Dusit signed Dusit Suites Sriracha and opened Tantawan Tented Camp in Chiang Rai. The company also signed The Strand Hotel – Dusit Collection and ASAI Yangon in Myanmar.
Dusit’s active development pipeline now includes more than 50 properties, all scheduled to open within five years. The company expects to add over 1,400 rooms to its portfolio in 2026, with projects advancing in Japan, Myanmar, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, and the Philippines.
Notable upcoming openings include WE Hotel – Dusit Collection in Lake Toya, The Strand Hotel – Dusit Collection and ASAI Yangon in Myanmar, and Dusit Princess Al Majma’ah in Riyadh. In Malaysia, ASAI Gamuda Cove, a 280-room hotel near Kuala Lumpur, is in development. Additional Dusit Princess properties are planned for Cebu City, Boracay, and Lipa in the Philippines.
Dusit’s global portfolio now includes 296 properties in 18 countries, comprising 58 hotels and resorts and 238 villa rentals. The company operates nine brands spanning various market segments.
