A new promo for Peacock’s Days of Our Lives has been released, teasing emotional family moments and escalating drama in Salem. The preview was shared on the official Days of Our Lives YouTube channel.
The promo opened up with Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) and Chanel DiMera (Raven Bowns) celebrating the christening of their adopted son, Trey. The couple is surrounded by family and friends, including Leo (Greg Rikaart), Paulina (Jackee Harry), Abe (James Reynolds), Rafe (Galen Gering), Gabi (Cherie Jimenez) and Javi (Al Calderon).
Over at the Horton House, young Thomas (Christopher Cary) expresses his guilt for the on-going custody battle between his grandparents and his father, telling Jeremy (Michael O’Roark), “I just feel like everyone’s mad at everyone else, and it’s all my fault.”
The promo then shifts to a mediation session involving Chad (Billy Flynn), Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) and Jack (Matthew Ashford). Chad is put on the spot when he’s asked, “Mr. DiMera, let’s start with you. How do you propose we resolve this custody dispute?”
In Horton Town Square, Javi urges Leo to keep things brief, saying he as a plane to catch. Leo however, makes his intentions clear, responding, “I have no intention of saying goodbye.”
Drama also erupts at the Brady Pub, where Gwen (Emily O’Brien) makes her feelings unmistakable by dumping a drink over Dimitri (Peter Porte)’s head.
Meanwhile, at Bayview hospital, tensions boil over when Sophia (Rachel Boyd) lunges at Holly (Ashley Puzimis), attempting to slap her.
The promo then amps up the tension when Jada (Elia Cantu) confronts Jeremy at the Horton House. Speaking in front of (Susan Seaforth Hayes), Jada reveals, “Someone has been stalking and threatening Stephanie, and we have evidence that person is you.”
