Nammos to Launch 110-Room Resort with Private Residences in Saudi Arabia at AMAALA in Spring 2026

Nammos plans to open its first resort in the Middle East at AMAALA’s Triple Bay in spring 2026, featuring 110 guest rooms and suites, pool bungalows, villas, and 20 private residences.

Nammos has announced plans to open its first resort in the Middle East at AMAALA’s Triple Bay in spring 2026. The development will include 110 guest rooms and suites, pool bungalows, villas, and 20 private residences. The property will also feature the Cliff Villa, described as offering AMAALA’s most exclusive viewpoint.

Nammos Resort AMAALA will be anchored by a private island and will include a dedicated wellness hub. Facilities will include a collection of infinity pools, the Blu Kids Club, and three dining venues. The dining options will include the Nammos Restaurant, located on a private island with an infinity pool, cabanas, and a private jetty for boat arrivals. Additional venues will include Nalu, offering Latin American cuisine with Asian influences, and Ilios, a Mediterranean restaurant and bar.

The resort’s wellness hub will introduce the Nammos Spa, which will launch a proprietary wellness program. The spa will partner with Augustinus Bader for skincare services.

Each guest will have access to a dedicated Nammos Butler. The service model is described as anticipating guest needs.

The resort is part of ADMO Lifestyle Holding and represents the first new opening under Nammos’ expansion plan. The property is designed to operate with a zero-carbon footprint and will be powered by 100% renewable energy upon completion, as part of AMAALA’s sustainability infrastructure.
