Alpine Realty Capital, a leading advisor in hospitality real estate investment and a member of Hotel Brokers International (HBI), was recently named Broker of the Year at the organization’s annual business meeting.

Alpine maintains an active presence throughout the State of Michigan; however, 2025 proved particularly strong in the state’s northern resort communities. The firm closed multiple transactions in Traverse City, Mackinaw City, the Upper Peninsula, and Petoskey, among other markets.
