The property was marketed exclusively by DSH Hotel Advisors, generating more than 140 signed Confidentiality Agreements from qualified buyers and multiple offers nationwide. The hotel was listed with an asking price of $10,900,000.

The buyer is an all-cash international investor with an established presence in the local market. The acquisition was sourced through direct outreach during the marketing process, which involved collaboration with the seller and resulted in multiple offers.
