‘Fantastic Four’ Star Agrees to Staggering Multi-Million Dollar Payout to Officially End 16-Year Marriage

Jessica Alba has officially closed the chapter on her marriage to Cash Warren.

A judge signed off on the couple’s divorce judgment on Friday, Feb. 13, 2026, exactly one year after the Honest Company founder originally filed to end their 16-year union. While the split was amicable, the final settlement includes a significant seven-figure payout to balance the books.

The Multi-Million Dollar Payout

According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, neither Alba nor Warren will pay spousal support to the other. Instead, the couple has agreed to a lump-sum equalization payment to settle their assets.

Alba, 44, will pay Warren, 47, a total of $3 million to balance the division of their property. The judgment stipulates that the payment will be made in two installments: the first $1.5 million is due immediately, with the second $1.5 million to be paid in exactly one year.

Custody of the Kids

The pair will share joint legal and physical custody of their three children: Honor, 17, Haven, 14, and Hayes, 7.

This arrangement aligns with their initial filing in February 2025, where both parties requested joint custody. Alba and Warren have prioritized co-parenting since their separation in early 2025.

A New Start

The judgment also grants Alba’s request to restore her legal name, dropping “Warren” to become Jessica Marie Alba once again.

The actress has already moved on romantically. She has been dating Top Gun: Maverick actor Danny Ramirez, 33, since late 2025. The couple was spotted celebrating New Year’s Eve together just a few months ago.

Warren has also been linked to others since the separation, including model Hana Sun Doerr and actress Seanna Pereira.

Alba and Warren met on the set of Fantastic Four in 2004 and married in a quiet courthouse ceremony in Beverly Hills in May 2008.
