How to open the West Office ‘Jojo’ locker in Resident Evil Requiem

27 February 20263 Mins Read

The West Office in the Raccoon Police Department (RPD) in Resident Evil Requiem is home to Jojo’s locker, which has survived the Raccoon City disaster, but is still unfortunately locked. To open the locker, you’ll need to go on a little scavenger hunt to find a key somewhere in RPD. It’s easy to miss the key if you get caught up trying to find Grace and don’t explore every room in the station, but tracking down the key is worth your trouble. Not only do you get a useful charm at the end, but you also nab some missable files to pad out your collection.

Below, we explain how to open Jojo’s locker in Resident Evil Requiem and complete the scavenger hunt in RPD.

[Ed. note: This guide contains minor spoilers for Resident Evil Requiem.]

At the back of the West Office in the ruined RPD, you’ll find a set of lockers, one of which is labeled “Jojo.” Unfortunately, when you interact with it for the first time, you’ll realize that it’s locked and you need to find a key to open it.

From here, you can either complete the scavenger hunt to find the key or skip to the end of this guide to find the locker key’s location.

The scavenger hunt will give you hints about where the key is located, so you have a chance to find the key on your own. However, if you’d like to save some time, we can direct you straight to the key’s location.

Head to the STARS Office, which is located on the second floor of the west side of RPD. To your right as soon as you enter the office, you’ll see a locker with a photo in it. Pick it up to find your first scavenger hunt clue. In the picture, you’ll see a zoomed-out shot of a blackboard and a TV monitor from the Operations Room pre-disaster. On the back is a message from Barry hinting that he’s hidden something here.

Walk forward into the office, between rows of desks. On the right is a STARS beret, which you can examine (though it has nothing to offer), and on the wall ahead of you is a leather jacket. Interact with it to find a second photo and scavenger hunt clue from Barry, this time a zoomed-in one showing the corner of a TV stand.

Putting the two hints together, we know that the treasure can be found on a TV stand in the Operations Room.

Jojo’s locker key is found on the TV stand in the Operations Room. The key is just out of reach, so you’ll need to climb on the table to get it. Take the key back to Jojo’s locker in the West Office to open it, and you’ll find a set of two tickets to the zoo — not a Requiem file, just a nod to Resident Evil Outbreak File 2 — and a new weapon charm: the STARS Emblem charm. Attach it to automatic guns, like the submachine gun, to increase their power, though they’ll sway more while you fire.
