Minor Hotels has announced the planned opening of Avani+ Lanexang Vientiane, a 197-room hotel in Vientiane, Laos, scheduled for Q2 2026.

Minor Hotels plans to open Avani+ Lanexang Vientiane in Q2 2026 on Fa Ngum Road in Vientiane, Laos. The property will be the group’s second hotel in Laos, joining Avani+ Luang Prabang.

Located approximately 15 minutes from Wattay International Airport, Avani+ Lanexang Vientiane will feature 197 rooms, including Deluxe Rooms, Suites, and a Presidential Suite. Guestrooms are designed to support both work and downtime.

The hotel will offer four dining venues. Mekong Mosaic will serve as the all-day dining restaurant, featuring international cuisine, a buffet, live cooking stations, and indoor and outdoor seating. Sabaidee Social will operate as a bar with direct street access. The Pantry will function as a café and deli for coffee and casual dining. Salongxay will provide fine dining and two private dining rooms.

AvaniSpa will be located on the mezzanine floor, offering three single treatment rooms, two couples treatment rooms, and a relaxation lounge. AvaniFit, also on the mezzanine, will include a gym, a body-and-mind studio, and changing facilities. An outdoor swimming pool will be located on the ground floor.

For meetings and events, the hotel will feature the Lanexang Hall ballroom, which can accommodate up to 320 guests and can be divided into two function rooms. The event space will include a bridal and VIP room, additional meeting rooms, and an outdoor lawn with capacity for up to 100 guests.
