Pan Pacific Hotels Group has announced appointments to its executive leadership team, including Craig Bond as Chief Operating Officer, Celine Du as Chief Commercial and Marketing Officer, and Kate Loh as Head of Development.
Pan Pacific Hotels Group (PPHG) has appointed Craig Bond as Chief Operating Officer, Celine Du as Chief Commercial and Marketing Officer, and Kate Loh as Head of Development as part of its preparations for the next phase of global growth. These executives join Andreas Sungaimin, Senior Vice President of People and Culture; Valerie Foo, Senior Vice President of Finance; and Wee Wei Ling, Executive Director of Sustainability Partnerships, Lifestyle and Asset, under the leadership of CEO Choe Peng Sum.
As Chief Operating Officer, Bond will oversee global operations for the Pan Pacific, PARKROYAL COLLECTION, and PARKROYAL brands, working with the executive leadership team to implement strategy across markets.
Du, as Chief Commercial and Marketing Officer, will be responsible for commercial strategy and performance across PPHG’s portfolio, including revenue growth, brand equity, channel management, loyalty, and global partnerships.
Loh, who previously served as Director of Development until 2022, becomes Head of Development, with responsibilities including development planning, feasibility, project management, and deal sourcing and negotiation.
Sungaimin, as Senior Vice President of People and Culture, will focus on shaping the company’s culture and integrating new talent. Industry estimates indicate that by 2030, 74% of the global workforce will consist of Millennial and Generation Z workers. Sungaimin’s priorities include purpose, well-being, career mobility, and continuous learning.
Foo, as Senior Vice President of Finance, will oversee financial operations, including management of global payment systems, cybersecurity, automation, and risk controls.
Wee, as Executive Director of Sustainability Partnerships, Lifestyle and Asset, will lead the company’s sustainability and corporate social responsibility strategy, focusing on social inclusion, environmental responsibility, and cultural expression.
