Fan-favorite Anna Henrietta has finally been cast in The Witcher series
It’s now known that actress and comedian Ellie Taylor has joined the fifth and final season of Netflix’s The Witcher as Duchess Anna Henrietta of Toussaint, who appears in the final book of the saga, Lady of the Lake, as well as CD Projekt RED’s Blood & Wine expansion for The Witcher 3.

Anna Henrietta is expected to appear somewhere in the middle of the final season, around episodes 5 and 6. The duchess is a past love interest of the bard Jaskier, and they will reunite when the quest to find Ciri takes Geralt and his band of merry men and women to the idyllic duchy of Toussaint.
Ellie Taylor’s acting credits include Ted Lasso, Knuckles, Late Night Mash, and more.
Ciri is in trouble and hints at an iconic ice skating sequence

Neil Stuke, Sam Pamphilon, Yinka Awoni and Nick Chadwin
RI revealed that Neil Stuke (Silk, Game On) has joined The Witcher Season 5. Though his role not confirmed, they believe he’s playing Dominik Houvenaghel, crime boss and Leo Bonhart’s cousin. At the end of Season 4, Bonhart captures Ciri and in Season 5 we’ll see that instead of killing her like he was hired to do, he’ll give Ciri to his cousin instead to fight in his fighting pits. He figured that such an attraction should be far more lucrative than whatever Stefan Skellen would pay.
And that is how Season 5 starts for Ciri. She, of course, escapes eventually and Stefan Skellen forms his own gang to hunt Ciri down. They will include some newcomers: Sam Pamphilon (Geek Girl, Malice) as Cyprian Fripp and Yinka Awoni (I May Destroy You, The Stranger) as Zadarlik.
Lastly, among the new ones, there’s a fisherman called Gosta, played by Nick Chadwin (Catching Lightning). In the books, Gosta gives directions to Ciri when she’s heading towards Tor Zireael. Skellen and his gang also pass by that location where Gosta is towards the tower, and that’s where a certain ice skating sequence happens.

Georgia Goodman, Fergus Rattigan, and Clive Kneller
In addition to these, RI revealed several more castings: Georgia Goodman (Wednesday, Master of None) as Madam Toulouse, likely a brothel madam in Beauclair, Fergus Rattigan (Then Barbara Met Alan) as Paddy the Dwarf, and Clive Kneller (Sister Boniface) as High Priest.
Previously, we also had the following castings: Emily-Jo Young (Sexy Beast) as Shani, Liv Andrusier (Les Misérables) as Condwiramurs Tilly, Kate Dickie (Game of Thrones)as Sigrdrifa, Andy Apollo (The Diplomat) as Reynart de Bois-Fresnes, Taylor James (Vikings: Valhalla) as Baron de Trastamara, Adam Basil (The Rings of Power) as Knocker, and Chike Chan as Old Barring.
Finally, we also have a number of others whose roles aren’t known yet: Jamie Michie, Bobby Rainsbury, Adam Trussell, Simon Meacock, Ben Jones, Tega Alexander, Poppy Lee Friar, Una Byrne, Warren James Dunning, Jenny Bolt, Laurie Duncan, and others.
We’ve got lots more on the fifth and final season of The Witcher in our full preview, which we’ll be keeping updated right up until the release of season 5, which should be in 2026.
