Spring has officially sprung, and Netflix’s film slate is heating up right alongside the weather. From highly anticipated action blockbusters like Extraction 3 to fresh reboots and star-studded dramas, the streamer is currently rolling cameras on a massive wave of new Original movies all over the globe. We’re tracking everything happening behind the scenes to keep you updated on when your next favorite film will finally call “action.”

This is the second part of our Netflix filming guide. In case you missed it, we published our what’s filming guide for TV series a few weeks back. As we covered in that post, all of the below is a rough guide based on production grids and available information, and is highly subject to change.

  • An Innocent Girl – In production since late March, this new thriller with Kerry Washington and James Marsden is filming in New Jersey through early June 2026.
  • Extraction 3 – After being announced several years ago, production will finally begin rolling on the third installment of the Chris Hemsworth series, beginning in June and running through October, with Sydney, Australia, being used as the backdrop.

We should also mention that Millie Bobby Brown’s movie Perfect was due to start filming in June and run through July, but as you may have heard, that project has been canceled.
