Another week in Calgary means another packed lineup of things to do. The city is in full swing with concerts, night markets, workshops, movie nights, and plenty of unique events happening at every corner.

So whether you’re planning ahead or just seeing where the week takes you, there’s no shortage of ways to get out, try something new and keep busy around the city.

We’ve rounded up 10 of the best things to do in Calgary this week so you can skip the scrolling and jump straight into planning.

City and Colour is hitting the stage for a night of emotional, acoustic-driven music and fan favourites. This is the kind of concert that feels powerful and intimate at the same time

The Sacred Steps Walk at The Confluence is a meaningful community walk that honours the National Day of Awareness for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls, and Two-Spirit People (MMIWG2S+).

The Have a Heart tour is a live music experience e featuring Canadian artists Royal Wood and Fortunate Ones. The show brings heartfelt storytelling, strong performances, and a feel-good night of live music.

Spruce Meadows is kicking off outdoor show jumping season with its May Classic. The multi-day event features riders and horses competing in a range of show jumping classes, making it a great chance to catch some high-level sport.

The Mother’s Day Night Market at the Dalhousie community association is a great stop if you’re looking for the perfect Mother’s Day Gift.

Night Markets are finally back! The Inglewood Night Market takes over the neighbourhood with street food, live music, local vendors, and tons of unique finds to browse.

After a 35-year hiatus, Triumph is reuniting for the first time in 35 years for a huge night of classic rock. They’ll be joined by special guests April Wine, making this a must-see lineup for rock fans.
